the Unity Platform features a customer-configurable design that
will support flexible manufacturing requirements as well as tool
extendibility for multiple device generations. The recent product
introductions utilizing the Unity Platform include the AP200, AP300,
and LSA100 systems. Subsequent Ultratech tools based on the Unity
Platform will be announced as they become available.
