Responsibilities:

Perform cost accounting monthly, quarterly, and year end close processes including doing adjustment entries, gross margin and standard margin analysis, service and spare profitability analysis, multiple cost schedules, and SEC reporting related to cost accounting items;

Field Service Engineers (Korea)
Position: Field Service Engineers (Korea)
Location: Korea
Field Service Engineers travel to customer locations or are assigned to an individual customer site. They are responsible for on-site installations; startup, diagnosis, service and repair of Ultratech photolithography and/or laser anneal equipment. They function as Ultratech liaison with customers on administrative, technical, operational, and maintenance issues. This position will require a short work in12x7 pattern and will focus on photolithography tools but could evolve into a broader role to support other customer sites and tools. The work week schedule will vary with customer requests and Ultratech’s business requirements.
- Must be able to interface with multiple departments to ensure consistent and effective communication.
- Must be able to build and maintain relationships with customer, vendors, and department contacts
- Possess excellent time management skills
- Knowledge of travel administration, expense reporting policy and procedures.
- Process excellent semi-conductor capital equipment trouble shooting skills
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of complex electronic and mechanical equipment.
- Continuously instructs customers in the proper operation and maintenance of the system.
- Serves as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects.
- Install upgrades and retrofits as they may become available
- Provide constructive feedback to, and interface with, technical support, design engineering, manufacturing, reliability group, as well as other internal Ultratech departments.
- Able to read and work from engineering drawings, schematics, procedures, and technical manuals.
- Have good time management skills to complete all required tasks.
- Must be intimately familiar with established clean room protocol, procedures and requirements.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Adhering to all Ultratech and customer safety precautions and procedures, while identifying, reporting and correcting potential safety hazards.
- Perform additional collateral duties that may be required of similar nature and complexity.
Specific Duties:
- FSE will be assigned to provide onsite support at assigned location
- FSE will be supporting the installation, startups, and on site support of photolithography equipment.
- FSE may be required to rotate between day and night shift.
Physical Characteristics:
- Exposure to High Voltage work areas.

Quality & Support Engineer
Position: Quality & Support Engineer

Key job duties/responsibilities:
- Responsible for Quality System Maintenance.
- Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action for process related concerns.
- Assist Quality manager in establishing, implementing and maintaining the quality management system.
- Responsible for continual improvement activities to enhance the quality system.
- Provide technical feedback to engineering concerning product changes and enhancements, design, reliability, maintenance problems or bugs.
- Develop training to build quality awareness.
- Interface with Engineering and Operations to ensure transfer to Production of new products are in accordance with approved data.
- Track and analyze supplier OEM calls, authorizing Field Service use of OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) resources.
- Conduct audits, including closing out audit findings, creating audits finding reports and determine proper corrective and preventive actions.
- Analyze failure, corrective and preventive action to respond to customer complaints.
- Support manufacturing activities providing manufacturing escalation support.
- Create and maintain company quality documentation, such as quality manuals, quality procedures, etc.
- Responsible for planning, organizing and managing the overall activities of receiving / outgoing quality functions.
- Continuously improving QA receiving inspection process and procedures.
- Ensure timely resolution of supplier failure, corrective actions and preventive actions.
- Manage suppliers’ performance and conduct audits.
- Preparation of QA reports.
Experience/education required:
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Physics, or equivalent related experience. Candidate must possess a minimum of 5 years experience in a customer/supplier facing service, technical support, or engineering position in semiconductor capital equipment industry.
- Strong project management skills and ability to work well independently or as a part of a team. Excellent verbal and written communication and personal interface skills needed. Must be fluent in reading and writing in English, Mandarin Chinese desired. A strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and optical systems; HVAC and cooling/chiller technology experience is desired.
- Other desirables include experience with: MS Project, Test Track, SourceSafe, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Smartteam, LabVIEW, Matlab, OrCAD, Pads, Adobe Framemaker, MS Office, ASK applications (ManMan, OMAR, ServiceMan). Up to 80% travel required.

Position: Technology Transfer Manager (TTM)

Responsibilities:
- Provide both on-site and remote applications support to customers.
- Demonstrate machines to customers and provide customer training to ensure equipment is used effectively.
- Assist customer to solve problems related to application of the product to customer’s manufacturing process.
- Evaluate engineering upgrades and other product proposals submitted by development Engineering to determine practicality and usefulness of the application by customers.
